About

Built to fix the most expensive problem ecommerce brands do not even see.

AI-assisted inventory management for ecommerce brands that need better decisions on what to order, where to allocate it, and when to reorder.

What we do

We bring AI into ecommerce inventory operations.

Restock AI helps brands run the part of the business that usually breaks quietly first: inventory decisions.

We use AI to monitor the operation every day across Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, and Shopify. Then we translate what matters into clear weekly decisions with the operator assigned to your account.

This is not another dashboard to manage. It is an AI-assisted inventory system built to help brands forecast better, allocate smarter, and stay ahead of stock risk.

  • We track inventory movement across every channel in real time
  • We forecast demand by SKU using historical sell-through, lead times, and channel behavior
  • We flag stock risk early, before it turns into stockouts or excess inventory
  • We stay involved on the decisions that move cash, inventory, and growth
  • You approve the direction, and we help run the weekly operating rhythm

The AI handles the monitoring. The operator handles the decisions. You stay in control without having to run the whole system yourself.

Why we built this

Most brands order everything at the same velocity.

Walk into almost any ecommerce brand doing meaningful revenue and you will usually find the same pattern.

The team orders too much of what is slow, too little of what is moving, and treats the catalog like every SKU deserves the same level of inventory.

But it does not.

Some products carry the business. Some just sit. Some need deeper coverage because they drive volume. Others only need light stock because demand is inconsistent.

When brands miss that difference, cash starts getting trapped in the wrong products. Hero SKUs stock out. Slow movers pile up. Storage cost rises. Reorder decisions get made too late.

That is the problem Restock AI was built to solve.

Bad cash flow is often just bad inventory decisions wearing a different name.

Amna

Founder

I spent years running inventory for ecommerce brands and kept seeing the same pattern repeat.

Cash was getting tied up in slow-moving SKUs while best sellers went out of stock. Teams had the data, but not a system strong enough to turn that data into clear weekly decisions. Inventory was being managed through spreadsheets, delayed reports, and reactive calls made too late.

I built Restock AI to fix that.

Not by replacing people with software. And not by giving brands another dashboard to stare at.

I built it as an AI-assisted inventory management system that stays on top of the operation every day, while keeping real human judgment on the decisions that affect cash flow, stock availability, and growth.

The goal is simple: help brands make better inventory decisions, move faster, and grow without losing cash in the wrong places.

6 years running inventory for ecommerce brands. 47 brands served. $100M+ in revenue managed.

What we learned

Four things we have learned running inventory for 47 brands.

01

Cash flow is the real metric.

Inventory decisions show up in cash first. When money gets stuck in the wrong stock, growth slows down even when sales look healthy.

02

Software is not enough. Operators are not enough.

A dashboard does not make decisions on its own. Manual operators alone do not scale either. You need both strong monitoring and strong judgment.

03

Forecasts have to move when the business moves.

What sold last quarter is not always what will sell next month. Forecasting only works when it adjusts to what is happening now.

04

Every channel pulls from one inventory pool.

Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, and Shopify do not behave the same way, but they all compete for the same stock. Good inventory decisions account for that.
